Southland has been playing classic rock, top forties, R&B, blues, and country rock along with original songs for the past ten years. Southland, consisting of eight musicians, rocks the house down with a full and alive sound that makes it one of the best dance bands around. Each of the three vocals takes the lead depending on the song in addition to switching off on instruments. This, along with a strong brass section and three-part harmony, gives the band great musical depth. The group has played all over Southern California at clubs, concerts, and private events for audiences up to 10,000.
